SOPHIE MEI-LAN MALIN
Journalist, Ghostwriter, Influencer & Presenter
From presenting on TV up north to reporting for the news internationally and becoming a mum, blogger, youtuber, and personal trainer, Sophie Mei Lan has won awards for her candid videos and blogs on Family life, travel, health, parenting, Yorkshire and wellbeing.

She runs the Mama Mei blog, youtube channel and social media sites through which she has reached over two billion people with one video alone. Sophie is also known as Mrs Yorkshire as she runs the Mr and Mrs Yorkshire channel, she presents her own LDC radio show with her husband Danny Malin from Rate My Takeaway and she is founder of Yorkshire Families magazine.

When she is not creating content, she works for Yorkshire Post as a journalist as well as column writing for national press.

Victoria Reddington
Social Media Strategist, Journalist, Content Creator & Lecturer
Victoria works with some of the UK's biggest brands and influencers on their social media strategy and content creation, is an Award-Winning Marketeer (The Drum, Campaign Week) and is a Lifestyle and Travel Journalist and is currently a Lecturer at The University of Huddersfield on Digital Marketing and Content creation.
Ex-Ad Agency alumi, Victoria has over 15 years’ experience within the top Advertising Agencies in the UK, including Publicis London, Refinery and Principles Agency and Victoria has managed branding, digital and TV campaigns for some of the biggest brands in the world. In 2015 she launched her own Digital Agency working with clients such as Harvey Nichols, Zara, Topman, H&M, Meadowhall, River Island and Trinity Leeds and has worked at the top industry events such as New York Fashion Week and London Fashion Week.
Victoria brings a wealth of both strategic and practical experience within the industry to the Content Creators Academy.

DANNY MALIN
Danny Malin
Youtuber, Host, and presenter of Rate My Takeaway
From selling meat off a market and enjoying the odd kebab to becoming a viral comedian online due to his funny Yorkshire-style social media videos and then becoming the face of the now award-winning Rate My Takeaway seen by hundreds of millions of people worldwide.
Danny Malin has gone from being a familiar face at Leeds Market to winning Youtube’s UK Breakthrough Creator of the Year Award 2021 confirming his popularity across the world for his down-to-earth candid food review videos.
Since Danny’s viral success and his familiar Yorkshire catchphrases: “Now then guys back ont the road again…” to his infamous “knackercracker” and fond farewells to his videos: “See you soon guys,” he is not only a Youtuber, he presents on TV, hosts events and had had two Christmas songs released with Toddla T, all while being a family man at heart living in a humble home in West Yorkshire with his four children.
There’s nothing Danny loves more than spending quality family time exploring Yorkshire, eating food for a living, doing community work, and making funny videos just to make people smile.
Danny is an ambassador for a range of mental health charities, he supports up-and-coming northern stars of the community and he funds a range of community organisations.
